Golden Key Group Receives Important Contract Vehicle to support the Defense Intelligence Agency

The IDIQ opens the door to support $370 million in HR services

Reston, VA – May 17, 2022

Golden Key Group (GKG), a professional services firm providing workforce optimization solutions, received a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) prime contract award for the Office of Human Resources Operations and Services at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). The contract vehicle is the agency’s “mandatory for consideration” vehicle for the Office of Human Resources (OHR) Operations and Services (OS).

With this win, GKG has the opportunity to provide support and services that will aid OHR and OS in achieving strategic and operational programs, projects, and priorities. Those services include areas of strong past performance for GKG, including Talent Management, Hiring and Staffing, Records Management, Policy and Programs, Workforce Analytics, and more.

“For twenty years, GKG has partnered with the government to support every facet of the federal employee lifecycle,” said GKG CEO and Managing Partner Gretchen McCracken. “We are thrilled to have the opportunity to provide additional manpower and services that will help the DIA’s incredibly skilled team remain prepared to execute its mission.”

GKG is one of only six companies to win the IDIQ. The contract was a competitive acquisition, and eleven offers were received. The award has a 5-year base with a 3-year option period and a ceiling of $370 million. The period of performance is expected to begin on June 30, 2022.

“In the last few years, GKG has experienced tremendous growth and expanded our reach across the Intelligence Community, the Department of Defense, and other Civilian customers,” said McCracken. “Our team brings a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s needs, and our solution reflects how our services can help DIA perform and continue to grow.”

GKG has a large portfolio of customers it supports with federal Human Resources (HR) and Human Capital Management. Last year, the company opened its 21,000 square foot Shared Services Center in Landover, MD, allowing the organization to significantly expand its support of high-quality shared services for federal HR operations. GKG supports the Department of Commerce with Personnel Action Request, Payroll, and Benefits (PP&B) Services at that facility. The company has provided longtime support for both Army and Air Force ROTC programs across the country. GKG also recently received a prime contract to provide training services for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
