Golden Key Group Sponsors Adjutant General Corps Regimental Association (AGCRA) Golf Scramble at Fort Knox

The Annual Golf Tournament Brings Together the Army’s HR Community

Fort Knox, KY – May 12, 2022

Golden Key Group (GKG), a professional services firm providing workforce optimization solutions, is a Platinum Sponsor for today’s annual Golf Scramble Fundraiser hosted by the Adjutant General Corps Regimental Association (AGCRA) Gold Vault Chapter in Ft. Knox, KY. The tournament, at Lindsey Golf Course located on Fort Knox, featured 120 golfers. Many senior leaders from GKG, including CEO, Gretchen McCracken, traveled to Ft. Knox for the event.

The Adjutant General’s (AG) Corps is a branch of the United States Army that provides personnel service support by manning the force, providing Human Resources (HR) services, coordinating personnel support, Army band operations, recruiting and retention. The Adjutant General Corps Regimental Association (AGCRA) is the preeminent association supporting the AG Corps, all past and present Army HR professionals, and the active, veteran, civilian and retired membership of the group. AGCRA has many chapters across the United States; the Gold Vault Chapter is unique since Fort Knox is home to the Army’s Military Personnel Division.

“The annual Golf Scramble is a fun event that brings together the Army’s HR community and companies, like GKG, that support their mission,” said Bill Lukaskiewicz, GKG’s Director of Army Programs. “More importantly, funds from the event support scholarships for students and AGCRA soldier and community programs; it’s a win-win.”

GKG, headquartered in Reston, VA, has an office in Vine Grove, KY. The company has strong past performance in federal and DoD HR, Human Capital, and Training and Education. Specifically at Fort Knox, GKG supports the U.S. Army Cadet Command, providing military science instructors to colleges and universities throughout the country. This support also includes Cadet Summer Training at Fort Knox each summer, which sees over 9,000 Cadets rotate through.

“We’re proud to support the AGCRA Gold Vault chapter and participate in meaningful events during ‘AG Week’ here in Kentucky, including the Adjutant General’s (AG) Corps Ball,” said Lukaskiewicz. “It’s important to GKG to be active members of the communities where we do business.” The Derby themed AG Corps Ball takes place at the Galt House in Louisville on May 13th.

In addition to supporting the AGCRA Gold Vault Chapter, GKG gives backs to the greater Ft. Knox community in other ways, including a $10,000 gift to the Greater Knox Coding Academy at Elizabethtown Community and Technical College in December 2021.
